I love you guys already!

Alright so for the record, I'm pretty sure I'm computer illiterate and so the fact this is getting posted is amazing! And look, I even found a picture... its a gooder, I was swiping icing off a birthday cake and got caught! Honestly though, this is all a little overwhelming and my first reaction was to run into a hole and hide from everyone, haha but that would never do so here we go. My name is Lindsey, I usually go simply by Lins and I am in my third year of a combined degree with natural science (bio major and chem minor) and education at the University of Calgary, Alberta. Contrary to the point that I come from a small "hick" town called High River, ride a horse and do own a cowboy hat and cowboy boots... for the record that still makes me cool! :)

In all honesty, Panama wasn't where I thought I would end up being this summer, but as always God takes the plans I try to make, mixes them up and more often than not throws them completely out the window. The beauty of this though is that when I let him guide my steps and set my expectations, I never end up disapointed. I've been learning that a lot over the last couple of weeks. I just wanted to say that I'm praying for you guys, and not only us, but that God would work already in preparing the hearts of the people in Panama to hear and accept Him. God's going to move hugely (is that a word?) on this project, I believe that with all my heart! But until then, we're almost done school guys, keep pushing on and in the end we get that treasure and prize that God so lovingly has in store for us, and besides that, soon we'll all be in Panama together, party on!
